Similarities: Both are action, comedy, ecchi, harem, fantasy, supernatural books. Both feature weak main male protagonists that form a "harem" of monsters. Both feature many strong females. Both have a Vampire as the main female protagonist. Both have the main protagonists get a "Vampire's Kiss" at least once every story. Both have a Witch as one of the main characters. Differences: The male protagonist in GnCD is only partially Human whereas in R2V he's 100% Human. GnCD is a light novel whereas R2V is a manga.
