Both are similar in that they concern yoma, action and discrimination.
The settings are vastly different though...
Rosario to Vampire's discrimination is against humans, and the only one affected is the main male character, while Claymore's is against half-yomas, and affects the entire Claymore Organisation.
Rosario's setting is mainly in a school, with harem, romance, comedy and school life while Claymore's is between cities, with adventure and tragedy.
