Koiwazurai no Ellie and Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji are most similar in their initial plot. Shy and outcast FL has a crush on the most popular guy in school (ML). Turns out ML actually has a horrible personality and the FL is the only one who finds out about it. This leads to the ML teasing FL a lot, but like any good shoujo feelings eventually develop. Throughout the manga Koiwazurai no Ellie has a lot more perverted themes, while still being wholesome somehow (shoujo magic I guess). Although those stories are different, both revolve around a popular guy who is not exactly as charming as he seems and a quirky girl who discovers his true self and becomes his girlfriend. Both series have an unique underlying dirty vibe and play in a high school setting while Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji is comedy heavy and dramatic and Lovesick Ellie focuses on the cute and innocent interactions that make your heart flutter right from the start.
Either way, if you like one you could like the other :)
