Both are mysteries involving the ghosts, a normal girl and a guy with special abilities and a difficult temper. Plus, both are really good.
Both stories revolve around solving mysteries and meeting the supernatural along the way. Saitou also reminds me a lot of Naru. They both investigate & try to solve mysteries involving ghosts. I definitely recommend reading both.
