Both titles revolve around the mystery of the main character's identity, feature a large cast of eccentrics, and feature some of the most absurdly inventive and disturbing imagery I've ever seen.
Amnesiac protagonist with a cheery girl as his best friend are on a mission to discover our main character's true identity. Theres also an oddball family with unique abilities who sometimes come in conflict with our heros, as well as a larger overarching conspiracy taking place because of a magical ability. As disturbing and bloody as they are hilarious and sweet, these two stories share similar themes of love and friendship while trying to find the truth behind a dark mystery.

Cast of various characters each with their specific ability in a town where mysterious things are happening. Both series are a mix of comedy elements and serious plot.
The main protagonist is an amnesic, strained, yet deformed human whom just wants to recover his identity aswell memories, with the trust for only a strong and independent girl as the only he used to knew before everything.
On these unique and beautiful-styled seinen, they'll go through surreal and horrific situations in fantastic-themed worlds, meeting more bizarre characters and and a series of mysteries to unravel.
