-Where Otome-domo focuses more on drama B-gata H-kei focuses more on comedy in all the right places
-both anime have main characters who are interested in sex
Both are series about young girls trying to deal with their sexualities and attempting to live with their urgers, crushes and social awkwardness. They are both a blend of wholesome and perverted. Savage Maidens is more of a comedic character drama while B-gata is basically just comedy.

It may be due to personal bias but B Gata H Kei was more enjoyable as it focused on the comedy trough all 12 episodes and more satisfying as the characters get a lot closer to banging. In Otome-domo it felt like the topic of sex was just another overlay to spice up a typical love triangle high school romance.
