Yu-Gi-Oh S0 and Princess Tutu are two fantasy comedy anime that are not as innocent as they seem from their art styles and amazing opening theme song sequences. The main character is an innocent young student who has a magic item of some sorts and carries it around as some sort of pendant. The item can be used to change the character into their alter egos, who will do something to fix a problem within (mostly) each episode, which are fairly episodic yet also tie the story together.
