It envolves a normal guy, that from nowhere is life changes, and all he see's its blood,
The main character got Kaneki personality and have almost the same feeling, when he see's assassins that kills people etc.
Also both animes got blood!
I trully recommend Tokyo Ghoul / ChaoS;HEAd for someone who wants to see some anime similar to Tokyo Ghoul / ChaoS;HEAd .
