Only similarities is that they are both romance and both have 2 weird individuals that like each other, other than that there are none, problem with nazo no kanojo x is that there is absolutely ZERO anime you can compare it to as it's just so odd, but it is amazing, the characters and visuals, everything about this anime holds up even to today's standards
