I'm amazed that no one has made this recommendation before, both shows are about a young girl who chases after a single goal with passion and conviction. They take place over a period of many years, displaying the high points and low points on the road to success, and are very inspiring to watch.
According to Animeadvice.com MAL users who liked Kemono no Souja Erin were very likely to enjoy Glass no Kamen so even though they seem really different they both capture the same feelings and if you enjoyed one I definitely think you will enjoy the other!
