Golden Time and Ore Monogatari both focus on aspects of being in a relationship rather than just the build up to one. The main couples of both series end up together within the first handful of episodes. While the tone can be different between them, each has their own moments of comedy, drama, and of course sheer adorable romance~ <3
There is no lag here, our characters come together as fast as they lay eyes on one another. However, it does not stop there, for what is given is not simply just the rising action, but the entire novel the two pairs create in their time together.
Golden Time, a college love story. My Story, a high school love story. With a universally common theme of the different people who come to intercept and comment on the relationship at play. What ups and downs come along? Only watching such will give the definitive answer.

If you like a story where the main character gets into a relationship quickly, this is the perfect show!
Ore Monogatari is a very fun anime showing the slow progression of a new relationship, with very interesting subplots that develop the other characters.
Ore Monogatari also has amazing pacing, and great humor!
Peak RomCom should watch very underrated
