Persona 4 was heavily inspired by Part 4's Plot -Personas are basically Stands -They are both about a group of High School Students trying to find a killer -Unlike Persona 4, you know who the killer is in Part 4, which adds depth to his character

A small, insignificant town in the japanese country where brutal murders occurred, young protagonists that want to discover the truth, helped by powerful spirits based on their personalities. Persona 4 has clearly taken inspiration from Jojo's part 4, but it has its own identity.

The similarities between Persona 4 and Diamond is Unbreakable are well known, but I just wish to highlight them yet again because of just how similar these anime really are. The plots are incredibly similar: a group of people in a small peaceful town work together to solve murders committed through supernatural means. In addition, despite technically being murder mysteries, both are seen as the "happy entry" in their respective series, featuring numerous slice of life moments in which the characters are just messing around together. For instance: the boys in Persona 4 entering a crossdressing pageant, and Josuke playing dice with Rohan. Both   read more
