For the first question you sent me quite a while ago, I am enjoying Tokyo Ghoul the animation, Zankyou I have yet to start, Glasslip is quite dubious in that not that it's bad but it's hard to tell it's direction.
As for the second question there are plenty of sites where you could look into finding your preferred content so long as you research deeper into it. I also recommend legal streaming sites like CrunchyRoll because their library is becoming increasingly streamlined and in uniform with a good major of the series that are aired each season.
