Influenced by the Central-European anime movement of the 2000s; fan of the shonen/seinen genre nowadays, after years of pause.

My all-time favourites are Fullmetal Alchemist, One Piece and Black Lagoon - these have literally changed my life.

I mostly use this profile to track my progress and throw some minor comments and ratings, so possibly you won't find many activity here, but I'm ready to have some casual discussion about shows and stuff.

Powerful movie indeed, and one of the prime examples that you don't really need a complex story or character development to create a memorable experience. Sometimes all it takes is a good narrative that conveys the author's outlook on a particular matter without any words.

It just took me off that such a movie was broadcasted during Christmas. It's not the time to be in a foul mood. Tokyo Grandfathers is a much more suitable anime movie to air, for example.
