Where did you even get the idea that it's common for anime to sexualize (younger) children? You have to be watching a specific type of show to see that.

Don't let the haters get you down! The sexualization of 10 year olds is super creepy.

I saw that link you posted about Japanese food. Very useful!

Woah, what a long reply! Didn't expect that.

I think females has a tough time due to what the media presents their ideal image and stuff. I also think tons of people misunderstand the term dieting to just eating less. They make the mistake of assuming eating less will cause them to lose weight. Usually eating less will make people eventually eat more because our bodies feels like its being starved.

I agree with you, education is on the right track as the first steps of being healthy. Rather than simply suggesting what people should eat, telling them what type of food do to them will promote or inhibit them from eating. I'm sure most people would eat less trans-fat once they've seen images of how terrible it is to have blocked arteries and veins.

I myself should really start exercising again, lol.

On another note, are you new to anime or did you not update your past anime to our site yet? :o

I hope your eating habits are better now. I believe it's fine to enjoy food, but also important to at least be aware of what you're eating. Ignorance in this case can be bliss, but mostly damaging if left uncontrolled.

I myself has a rather balanced diet. Though I'm still slightly above the average weight of my height due to lack of physical exercise. I believe exercise and consuming food in healthy proportions is the key to maintaining a weight you're comfortable in.
