In Russia, the most popular work of Astrid Lindgren is “Karlsson” :D There are amazing animated short films! They are very good and are well known in the post-soviet space. Second is probably “ Pippi Longstocking” but I have not seen any film adaptations D: (soviet or swedish) As for Ronja, I’ve only heard of the Gibli 3D anime. This one - https://myanimelist.net/anime/22359/Sanzoku_no_Musume_Ronja Haven’t seen in either. So, in summary, I haven’t seen any swedish film adaptations of her work :( I love the soviet version of Karlsson tho, part of my childhood!

Yeah, it's been good. I've been playing Chrono Trigger, if you've ever played that, and want to talk about it. Also, caught up to DanMachi's fourth season, and started Lupin III. What have you been watching/reading/playing, and how have you been doing yourself?

I don't care about my heritage much. Maybe, that's bad, but I'm sure I'll go through a mid-life crisis, and go heritage-searching then. That aside, it's interesting to hear about your language study, even if it seems miniscule, because I've not been out of Canada much.

The first level is not finished, but it's completeable, and the second level isn't, so no demo (yet). You ever seen gameplay of LSD: Dream Emulator? It's inspired by that, and meant to give off a liminal, or abandoned feel. It has a story, but I'll try to make it as hard to understand as an accelerationist's blog post, lol. (And only through environmental storytelling. No words, nothing.)
