It shows what I have reread from my collection and manga that I’ve gotten rid of. It’ll give you an idea of what manga to read and avoid :) i started collecting when I was around 12 years old, so these manga have been with me ever since. It was an accumulation of me getting holiday money, my dad paying for books sometimes, or gift cards. Some manga were inherited but not by much. One of my favorite manga, Sand Chronicles, is actually the one series where I leant it to a “friend” and she never gave it back to me 🫠 I’m still really salty about it lol. I love most of CLAMPs works, I also recommend Magic Knight Rayearth and Card Captor Sakura by them!!!

Hiya!! And that means a lot to me!! I kind of took a hiatus from reading my collection at the moment but I need to get back into it, life got in the way and all. I felt like regarding Chobits I was able to view the story differently Re reading it again at 30 years old lmfao. I usually chime into these older forums because no one does anymore but I still voice myself anyway 😂 it’s always good to connect whenever I can while I’m re reading manga!

I read and watched Nichijou too, regarding the mangas, I prefer CITY in term of humor, but I prefer Nichijou characters, they're wholesome and funny (when CITY anime adaptation btw)

I didn't read a lot of mangas with the same humor as Nichijou, but I can recommand you "Amemiya-San", made by the same Author of Nichijou and CITY, it's very recent so there're like 20 chapters so far

And some people recommanded me "Ayumanga Daioh" which is very similar to Nichijou, but I haven't read/watched it, so i don't know actually

Yep, I finished it recently ! One of the funniest manga I ever read

My fav characters are Niikura and Wako, and I loved the election arc, chapters where Nagumo is a cringe youtuber and Niikura rage moments

I started having suicidal thoughts around sophomore year of highschool, but like nothing super serious, just like really shallow cutting and whatnot. When I started college I started drinking and using drugs a bunch. I lost someone who was super close to me last year and that really exacerbated the whole drug thing. I attempted suicide a few months later but it was only really like a half-attempt. Like, the odds that I actually died weren't super high. After that my family has been trying to help me but sometimes it kinda feels like a losing battle, y'know? Like, the things that used to make me happy just don't anymore, and I don't feel like I have the willpower to be able to accomplish anything that I want to accomplish in the future, and that feeling is amplified when I'm surrounded by super productive college students.

I'm trying to be less defeatist about it, though. I've been trying to limit the amount of time I spend online, eating somewhat healthy, and I'm going to try and be sober for as long as possible. Today wasn't that bad. I didn't get very much schoolwork done but I was able to feel happy with some of the little things and I actually held a conversation with a stranger lol

nah it's no problem! i really hope you enjoy it since it's one of my favorites. i love haruhi & kyon both so so much ^_^ and it's super funny. only a few anime can get me to laugh out loud, and haruhi was one of them that consistently did that for me.

although, i might be setting your standards too high, since it is pretty much just a weird-ass comedy/slice-of-life...

and i recommend that you read the novels too, if you enjoy it! they were my first introduction to the series, and there are lots of little moments that aren't included in the anime that are well worth you time! also, kyon's narration is just amazing.

if you want the broadcast order, just watch what's listed here! and, actually, people who watch it in chronological order are the ones who hop between seasons, not not people who watch broadcast order. broadcast order is just that, the order it was broadcast in, so watching it in that order makes you get the same experience as people who watched it on japanese tv for the first time :)

(also, that google spreadsheet doesn't seem to be entirely accurate, at least about the light novel chapters...)
