Indeed! We got good taste in anime.
I honeslty forget sometimes to write down what I like, but it will around.
Nice Eddy profile pic. Reminds of my old days when things felt much simpileir imo.
Also, my favorite: Freedom, Going My Way, Believe in Nexus and Start with Cross Game of course in last, but fan favorite.
Do agree on the whole sci-fi thing.
Yeah I tend to talk a lot about Clannad sometimes, feel free te let me know if it to much ^^
Yeah Madoka is something really interesting, I feel like it an anime you just have to watch without knowing to much.
That way you can have the best experience in my opinion.

My favorite is without a doubt Clannad and Clannad: after story. I didn't recommend them to you for no reason ^^
It's the best romance/drama anime like I've already said. It has great character development, it also has good comedy.
It's just a masterpiece, that is hard to describe without spoiling too much.
Other honorable mentions are:
- Koe no Katachi, really good character development and powerful message
- Made in Abyss, really wonderful word, interesting story and solid characters
- Magical Madoka, something so different that you think based on the art-style and name.
I'm actually not that big of a fan of TASM- I just have Andrew Garfield images from the movie because he's how I imagine another one of my favorite characters (Remus Lupin from Harry Potter) to look like when he's younger and it just fit the theme on my profile (; ^
However, I agree with you, Tobey Maguire definitely did a pretty damn good job as Spider-man.
Yeah I guess Epic is a good word to describe Made in Abyss.

Hard to say I have not yet seen anything you named, I am planning on watching Kaguya-sama soon.
I have a feeling you might enjoy Clannad and Clannad: after story. Best romance/drama anime ever. :)
Also Koe no Katchi might be a good pick for you. It has a really good message.
