I think of it kind of like beating a drug addiction. He was an addict and it was killing him inside so he wants to be completely done with it and make sure he doesnt relapse. If he kept doing it every now and then he might lose focus and become the person he was before and he doesnt want that to happen so he vows to never do it again.
Thanks bro. You need to suspend your disbelief in order to take Vinland Saga seriously with that preaching of 21st century first-world pacifist ideals while it tries to tell a war story about Vikings set in the 11th century. Always found it kind of funny how a lot of the people who hate the direction AoT takes towards the end also see no problem with the one that Vinland Saga takes lol.
saw your review on how you managed to stomach chainsaw man up to episode 6. People are saying chainsaw man episode 8 is one of the best episodes they have seen. I would recommend to keep watching it for just two more episodes. However, episode 7 is absolutely disgusting so maybe you won't make it? Anyways good review overall
I wouldn’t be mad at giving chainsaw man a 5 or a 6 but a 1? A 1 is the absolute worst rating you can give a show. Pretty sure you just gave it that to stir controversy which is working
