Is there a point writing anything here for the 3 views I get a month?

I don't think so. No motivation~

I'm bored, I guess I'll say something about my anime list.

Anyone who wandered in there will no doubt note that I hand out 10s and 9s like handing out candy on Halloween. My ratings in my list are usually based on enjoyment alone, although some of the titles I have recorded in there have since had their images tainted by hindsight and didn't get as high a score as I would otherwise have given a few years ago. I do sometimes take into account what others have said, in particular if it is a point I have not noted during my original viewing of an anime.

Of course, these scores do not represent what I would give them if I were to attempt to rate these anime as objectively as possible. I'm not a terribly harsh scorer even when serious, but there wouldn't be nearly so many 10s up there.

I have given some thoughts as to how I would find a way to do so, but I lack the motivation to go ahead and try, so nah~

after learning from you, this is what i wrote in short --:

the deep analysis teaches us Growing Up --- life is not like a movie , we make choices, and we move on , there are something that can never be ours, yet deep down we have strong desires --- One of the truest thing is this world is how we nurture our innocence love back in the early teen age --- but time (shown by the snowfall) and distance is something real that separates us , yet we move on we grow up

this story is so relatable -- we all have that innocent love inside us that was never accomplished in the long run -- yet the memories burn us from the inside

I didn't realize I was about to get on and post basically the same thing as at least a dozen other people. I watch 5 cm/s and didn't really understand the last bit so I looked it up on google and it linked me to your comments. I had been on this website a few times but I never had an account on here. I had to make an account just so I could thank you for your interpretation. You're the best, send me a message if you play League of Legends or wanna become pen pals or something.

You're comment on 5 cm/s was really spot on. I was really struggling to understand why I was so sad after I finished the movie- you're analysis was insightful and clear. I guess I'm not exactly the first person to commend you on that post, but I'll still say that it was a terrific analysis and I'm glad you took the time to write it out :)

Great interpretation of 5 cm/s, exactly what I concluded after long discussions/analysis with a friend, and probably the one the author was trying to convey/portray.

I'm going to turn these ideas into an actual review so that people are able to better understand and experience this masterpiece.

I just finished 5 centimeters per second and was searching for what the fuck happened in it, and then, I came upon the post you had made. It truly was remarkable and I was able to clearly understand the plot. Thanks.

From the "about me" you mentioned, you really do sound like me. I also hand out 9s to almost every anime though not so frequently nowadays. 10s are a bit rare though there are tons of anime with 10s by me. I guess we both are easy-going at our rating and rate according to enjoyment - which i think is the perfect way to rate an anime.

Anyways, you sound fun and I though I would add you. Should I?
