I really liked it. The animation is great and so far the story is very unique. I love bad-ass female leads and so far the kid is pretty cool, putting up with those _horrible_ siblings and then finally lashing out. The whole thing with the siblings really got to me, so for that at least, I think the show deserves some recognition already.

Nothing beats good beer and good anime! :D

Last night a had a nice big 1.5 pint bottle of japanese beer (by coincidence) and knocked down a few eps of Black Lagoon. Which btw, is like my new favorite show!

I'm doing alright, had a great interview today with a company that actually wants to hire me... but might be "the bad guy." Then I spent all afternoon sewing pockets onto my new jacket!

Its pretty good. The way the cyber and real world interact is really cool, some nice thought put into the design, and I like the character designs too, they're different from the usual types around these days. The story isnt amazing, but there's a few twists and turns, and a few standalone episodes that are really good, one episode in particular was amazing and must surely be one of the best episodes of anime ever. If you like cyberpunk (although Denno Coil has less punk and more cyber) and school drama then you'll dig this anime.

Also, I see 'My Neighbour Totoro' as one of your favourite anime? My first impression watching Denno Coil was that it was like Serial Experiments Lain crossed with My Neighbour Totoro.

Lovely Complex was great! I really liked it (but i like most romantic comedies :P). I'll probably start reading the manga since some of the volumes have already been translated to english :)

I really liked Sketchbook, it's a slice of life anime that's very similar to Aria. It's mainly seen from Sora's point of view :)

Noticed you put Full Metal Panic Fumoffu as a 'plan to watch'. I'm watching it right now and its so hilarious, its definitely shot up into my favourite series ever.
