Hello Everyone! I like to read manga.

Initially, during my vacations about many years ago(2013) I was just reading comics but kind of ran out of them. Also movies started to seem boring.

So as a substitute, I watched Death Note(recommended by a friend).
I had already seen Beyblade and Inazuma XI but Death Note was like a whole new world. For weeks I couldn't get over it. So I read the whole manga in 2 days.

Since then I started reading manga. First one being Tantei Gakuen Q which was quite interesting but nowhere near DN. I am more of a manga reader than an anime watcher. As the number of manga I read increased I thought of making a list. That is why I joined MAL.

Now, I am a student and hardly get time for reading, but for indoor recreation, manga is the first choice. On holidays I go overboard (not a good thing at all) and so now I'll read less but good stuff. This has not stopped me from making a huge plan to read list though!

Don't be surprised by my huge reading and on-hold list. The reading list has the manga which I plan to read in the near future and the on-hold list has the longer manga which I'll read later on. The Plan-to-read list has become too lengthy to be of any use!

Usually, MAL users watch a bunch of anime, but you have read a bunch of manga. Congrats on reading so much.

Hey man, I was looking through your "Must-Read Seinen" list and noticed many shounen titles. I hate to be that guy, but you do know that the term "seinen" is not just something that's open to interpretation, right? The only titles that can be called seinen are those published in seinen magazines, so Hunter x Hunter, Beastars, Chainsaw Man, etc., mature as they may be, are not seinen. I'm not saying you have to delete your list, but maybe consider tweaking the title.

Basically just made the list so the more obscure titles would get more attention than they do and once they are able to get enough attention and reach 10,000 members I replace them with another title.

Hikaru ga Shinda Natsu is the last title I remember replacing that reached over 10,000 members.

Well out of your top 50 seinen list, hunter x hunter, gto, beck, hajime no Ippo, kono oto tamore, death note, barakomon, Hikaru no go, slam dunk, angel densetsu, hanshin, bakuman, spy x family, and nobunaga concert are NOT seinen. So you’ve managed to only have 36/50 on the top seinen list even be seinen.
