In Kyoto there is places where you can rent Kimonos/ Yukata's and so on.
How is had been cold a Kimono be better then a Yukata.
Did tell my half sister, Kimono's there is types and they all have there own meanings.
After said that she was just: You pick a good one for me then please.
So I did and picked out my own.

We both did enjoy it, my half sister enjoyed it so much more then me. XD
Gone to most of the places said was going to go and even did some others places on the side.
She did not really understand the Tea Ceremony cause Duh not going to talk why it is being done, but she did enjoy it.
After it was done then I explain the stuff to her.

When she leaves back for the US in about two weeks when she gets back there she will have story's to tell her friends and family for Weeks and even Months. XD

Well are weekend in Kyoto was fun.
My older half sister was this morning, if that is the last vacation trip I have in years can say it was worth it.

Called him up has been some time last talk to him, check how he is stuff like that.

Told him: Had a strong food cravings the other day, I wanted some really salty grilled fish, with soy sauce all over it.
Well gone out to eat and had me just that, not even one meal of it but two and eat all of both of them.
Just had a strong food craving yesterday for some reason.

My Father was: Food craving like that and eating that much for you? Might be pregnant so who is the Father?

Yeah talking to my Father is always a crazy thing full of funny moments and shit I should have not said. LOL
Have to love having a Asian parents only growing up I never had to deal with all the need to study better,Get in good school, eat healthy, take care of self and what not.. Kind of wish I had in a way.

Yes, is long story but to try make it short my dead to me Mother was Hawaiian and lived in Hawaii.
Well my Father was Japanese and was going to college in Hawaii when my mother was.
They met and what not, dated, had sex, had me and so on.
To tell full story take my hours and you reading a book of text so trying to leave it small.
There was lots of hell, like how my mother already had a child with a other man who was away int he navy and had me with the Japanese man who is my real father and lots of stuff, there was a custody battle over me that my dead to me mother won and my Father did not.
My father was wanting to take me back here to Japan and raise me but did not get to and my mother did and it was just lots of pain and stuff.
So yes it was my mother who was American.
Lots of it is very messed and would have to be over a PM.

There really is tons of places around Japan for History and Culture that is fact.
Really will enjoy Kyoto with my older half sister.

Well it is Kyoto, so many places there to see that are just lovely in fact.
Hell not even in Kyoto and there is lovely places to go.
Like when gone to Hiroshima peace memorial was emotional for me and felt like was having a war inside myself.
Just the History there, why Japanese person might view it one way and a outsider view it a other way.
With me it was more so pain, can view it from both sides, sure has to do with me being Japanese American mixed.
If gone to Hiroshima with her would take her there but she never been one for history so think she would not understand the deeper meaning.
Same as if gone to Kure Maritime Museum in Kure, Hiroshima, the one that is on WWII Japanese Naval History, she is not into that stuff so would not understand it and she just not like it my bet, so have no reason to take her to Hiroshima so will stay with Kyoto.
Now place like Tokyo again no real reason that I see or feel to go there.
However yes there is just some things in Kyoto that can sight see all day cause unless what you want to see is close you going to be running all over kyoto sight seeing places.

Arashiyama what I joked and called "Bamboo forest Hell" to my Father.
Wonder how she would like Monkey Park Iwatayama, let her see the monkeys. XD

Will be there three days, done told my sister we will be getting a Hotel cause I'm not going to be train there and back to Osaka for three days.. Hell no!

Also it might wear me out cause I'm going to be her personal translator and Tour guide, Like I have been most of the time she has been here in Japan.

Her Japanese skill out of 1 to 100?
Is like 15 to 20 at best, why she knows words here and there, like small saying and what not.
She can not read or speak Japanese to save her life if she needed to, but she slowly been learning more and more.

Do not mind drinking Sake and really enjoy it in fact... (Must be the Japanese in me) lol
However yes the Hangovers after drinking to much the next day are the not so fun part, that is not even adding the Asian glow one might get from drinking, so is kind of a reason why can see some really drunk Asian people. XD

The first time gone to Kyoto did not go to Fushimi Inari Taisha at all, but the time gone with my Father we did and was very lovely.
Kiyomizu-dera Temple was in fact a other, just a view from that place is very nice and has to be Godly when there is cherry blossoms there.
Plan to do that when they bloom, if wearing a Kimono why doing it and have my Father with me as well...
Well If I was to die that very day I would have no regrets and be at peace with myself.
Hell if in Kyoto the Gion district is like a must see of Kyoto, Have a feeling anybody who lives in Kyoto might say that? lol

Yasaka Shrine have not been there yet, be some thing for this time maybe.

If recall right Kinkaku-ji is a Buddhist temple, have not been there as well but want to some time.
Weekend in Kyoto is not lot time to see even 1/4th of what Kyoto has to be seen in it. ^_^

Her Brother and her they where both Japanese and not American.
Osaka is a nice place to work, I just work as a waitress but still fun job.
Still out of work in Injury however still be a other week really.
Had surgery on my right shoulder to fix a almost fully torn Rotator cuff, my shoulder has been healing up good from it, just gets little stiff here and there from time to time.

Yeah have not been one for the Osaka nightlife any so do not visit any night clubs or bars really.
The last bar I gone to was with my Boyfriend and two of his friends.
I gone into Hard ass mode and got little drunk. XD
My boyfriend Tamotsu was just drinking a Happoshu why his friends where drinking some Highball stuff.
Myself was drinking little fruity drink just enjoying myself little.
Well one of his friend just made a joke about My boyfriend and Me drinking lights drinks.
I took it as a challenge and was just, You do not know me asshole, I can out drink you any day of the week little man. (I'm taller then my Boyfriends friend who said the joke)

Asked the bartender for just two plain whiskey, two plain sake and my friend here a Highball.
Well got all are drinks and my Boyfriend friend just looked at me and was just, you are joking right?
Still in Hard ass mode was just, Do I look like I'm joking?, Come on do not be a bitch and drink.
Drink half the whiskey, pour the sake in it and mixed it and drink the rest, and just asked the bartender, can I get little more sake please.
and a Highball, thank you. Got the sake and drink all of it and started to drink the highball.
His friend was halfway done and looked like he was going to be sick. lol
He try to take some more drinks and was just, I quit, you win.
Was just, Okay well hand me over you're sake and will finish that for you.
He just told my Boyfriend Tamotsu, You're chick drinks like a damn fish man.
Tamotsu was just, Yeah I know, have seen my father and her drink half a bottle of sake before.
I was just laughing and almost glowing red, known I was going to be so drunk and hung over in the morning.
I WAS VERY MUCH SO! LOL

Know I promise my older American half sister that I would try to talk her to Kyoto this weekend.
She never been and leaves back for the US around the start of next month, so be busy this weekend in Kyoto.
Told her been there few times and if she trust me with her money can make sure her trip to Kyoto is like a dream.
Will be taking her to Fushimi Inari-taisha, it was breath taking for me to see, so going to take her there.
Told her the Gion district can also be a must so plan to take her there.
So be busy this weekend really, she enjoys talking to my Father in Hyogo so if he is not busy and do not have to many plans might see if he wants to come to Kyoto with us.
Last time was just Him and Me and Father and daughter, was very lovely and little emotional for both of us.
Growing up Him and I never got to spend time or really even talk, cause I was raised in the US with what use to be my Mother.

However reason I came to Japan was to be with Family I have left in life, also for work and to live out the rest of my life here.

Osaka is very nice indeed, is known as Japans kitchen for the reason, some of the food here just taste like some thing for a dream.
Why Kyoto is very lovely for the Culture Osaka is very lovely for the food Culture, also can not forget about the nice people and Humor that is here.
There is very few people here in Osaka who I have met and just plan all out hated.
Was a old ex friend of mine use to know Online, she known that I came to Japan and wanted to meet me and hang out.
We did and it was not fun, she in person was more of them Party hard night club kind of women who was always around men and stuff.
I left that kind of life back in the US long ago, so just was not fun for me at all.
That and her Brother who was with her, like the moment, we got into and I told the asshole off, the rest of the day all he did was flirt with me, try to hit on me and would want to touch me and stuff when I did not want it, real scumbag he was.
I got the last laugh, when he wanted to try and put his arm around me and touch my inner thigh trying to rub it.
He had lose jeans so I grabbed his balls and just pulled and twisted them, told him he lays one more finger on me I will rip them the fuck off, do I make myself clear?

After that he did not touch me or mess with me ever again.
The only person who was nice to talk to was her boyfriend who was with her.

So them are about the only two people I have met here who I just grown to hate. lol

Everything other I really enjoy here, and have family in Hyogo I can always visit. ^_^
