Nice to meet you. I'm Japanese, but I registered to study English. I can't speak English very well, so it may be late to reply, but I'd be happy if you could get along with me! As the number of my friends is increasing, I may decline your friend request if there is no particular reason for it. In that case, I'm sorry.
There was a time when I was a little bit of a cosplayer. A long, long time ago, though.
Anime movies I've seen in theaters recently
Kimitachi wa Dou Ikiru ka City Hunter Movie: Tenshi no Namida Gintama on Theater 2D: Baragaki-hen Kitarou Tanjou: Gegege no Nazo
Then again, I love the Slayers series, so I'd love to talk to someone or something!

What fascinated me most about the story was the evolution of phos, which is completely unexpected.
The fact that the story starts in one way and ends in another to the point where it doesn't even seem like you're reading the same thing was a very bold decision by the author, which in my opinion was the point that made the work more unique than it already is.
This manga was a very unusual experience, which was great for me. :3
Now I started reading Gleipnir, do you know it?
I just saw your "about" page on MAL, and wow, you have a ton of books! I guess you really love reading, huh? But besides that, what's it like to live in Japan? I know it's a cliche that every anime fan wants to visit Japan, but I'm genuinely curious. I'd love to visit the place at least once! And if you can't find the right words in English to describe the place, feel free to use Japanese—I'll just translate it.
How interesting, I haven't read any of these mangas.
Today I finished reading Houseki no Kuni, it was one of the most astonishing mangas I've read in my life, rating 11/10
I can understand that it's difficult to have a list of things to do before dying. Nowadays, the actual model just wants people to work more and contribute to society. The only few people who can travel and be financially free are just lucky.
Would you say that you are more family-oriented or more self-focused about yourself? I can understand that it's important to take care of family, but I think our own happiness comes first regardless of what our parents had planned for us.
About renting a girlfriend, I don't think I can do that because it's so awkward; but for the girl being a rental girlfriend, she needs money to live on her own, and for the guy, well, it can help him gain some confidence in love relationships.
From my personal perspective and point of view, I have a few Japanese friends, and they are just awesome. They always look happy no matter the situation. For example, during my university period, my Japanese friend was in a group project with a French person. It was supposed to be teamwork, but in the end, the French guy let him do all the tasks, pretending that he didn't have time. This is really an awful behavior. Although I suggested to him not to put his name on the group work, he did it because he was empathetic.
Do you think that every Japanese person has this kind of behavior with Europeans at work? In France and Europe in general, we have this image of Japanese people being super hard workers and super dedicated, with women staying at home and taking care of the family. Super happy to work, although clumsy from time to time.
Are you rather the kind of person who can confront someone who makes you overwork or just let it pass?
I personally think that you're missing something. Although you've already read the Frieren and JJK manga, it's worth watching the anime because the quality of animation is incredible, and it's good to get a reminder of the events that occur. For my part, it has allowed for better understanding and actions that I didn't get from the manga.
It's also a way to give recognition to those who made the anime.
Do you still go to the cinema theater to watch some anime movies? Unfortunately, in Europe, most of the movies are not available, like Detective Conan or Given.
Damn, I'm impressed with the number of books you've been able to read in a year. I would also love to have time to read, but it's not possible for me. I think it's because of my low attention span after work, and I can't follow the storyline inside the manga. Is the cherry blossom period over now in Japan?
Yeah, I work in Switzerland, and I'm happy to work in such a friendly environment. Everyone is nice towards me, I don't have to complain about the pressure that is put on me, although sometimes days are exhausting. But I mainly came here for experience, and the pay is good.
I also went hiking, climbing, and running with my colleagues, enjoying the nice views of the mountains at work.
Today is a day off for me, which is called Labor Day. I still have vacation to take as well :p
It's true that time flies really fast. Every year when I celebrate New Year with my family, they say that it's already New Year!

Cool, the FF series games have very interesting plots/stories!
As for anime, are you watching any from this season?
