As for whether Sailor Moon is worth watching; I grew up with Sailor Moon, and it has a lot of sentimental value for me, so I'm a bit biased, but I'll try to be objective. From what I see on your profile, it's difficult to say whether you'd enjoy it, really. It's a 90s anime through and through with all that entails. It's a sincere, light-hearted adventure with no pretensions. It doesn't try to be anything more than it is, present itself as profound in any way, or push social commentaries. It seems you like quite a few series like this (including ones with strong female characters!), but at the same time you seem to like a lot of different things. So if I were you, I'd give it a try. Of the original series, there are 200 episodes, but it can't hurt to watch the first season at least and see how you feel about it. If you do decide to do so, don't hesitate to tell me what you think! (even if you didn't like it :-D)

As for whether you should watch the original series or Crystal — I never watched the modern iterations of it. When it aired, I was going through a lot of difficult things in my life, so I didn't even know until years later that it existed. When I found out about it, I was very hesitant, because I'd heard from other fans that it was pretty awful, and I didn't want my experience of SM to be tainted, as silly as that might sound. I might give it a try at some point, either way. I'd recommend watching the original before it, though, because it's the original :-)

I found the two new Gotoubun episodes. I love the show and bought one of the Switch games. It's not English subbed, so I have to use Google translate app and it's taking me forever to beat it. I have to pursue harem ending to feel fulfilled lol
