I like Kaguya, Ascendance of a Bookworm, and Vinland Saga too, I'm taking my time with the sequels though.
Yesterday is interesting, I'm not a fan of love triangles but I agree with you, I like the atmosphere and characters.

Other seasonal shows I'm watching: BNA which is fun but not great, I may or may not watch Gleipnir, and my favorite of the season is Kakushigoto, it's a fun lighthearted comedy with hints of drama.
Aside from seasonal shows I can't make up my mind, I start watching different shows and leave them hanging, the last two shows I really liked are Major 2nd and Yuuki Yuuna.

Coincidentally I've also been planning to rewatch older shows, I rewatched Monster last year and it was great, I found many details that I haven't noticed before, I think you'll enjoy it.
I'm planning to rewatch Gurren Lagann and/or Gankutsuou, but I may switch for TV shows instead for a while.
