It's understandable you didn't recognize him as the art style is different in a lot of ways going from manga to anime. Yotsuya especially looks different. I completely agree! Gotta love the old-school stuff. Lupin as a good example.

I started watching anime December of last year, so I've only been watching for about 8-9 months. I am very much a noob to the entire anime/manga culture but I am enjoying it a lot nonetheless.
Ayy, no problem. It was nice to see someone have similar opinions on shows I thought highly of. Glad to see someone giving them some attention :D
1. Maison Ikkoku, Chp. 2 if I remember correctly - It's when Yotsuya is talking to Kyoko's dog, Souichirou.
2. Well I never really felt the need to, as my only intention was to use this website purely for tracking what I've seen and nothing else. Figure no one really gives a care what I think about all these titles, and I know what I think about them myself, so never really saw a point for myself to go through and rate them. Besides, I feel like i'd have trouble scoring with conviction anyway, as occasionally my opinions of certain titles change overtime. Even if this wasn't an issue, i'm just lazy xD
3. WOOO MI fo life, am I right? I really gotta get going on the manga too. I am excited to see the differences in comparison to the anime.
4. WELP looks like that's going in my PTW/PTR lists, thanks for the suggestion! Saw it a while back and I was curious, so i'll check it out for sure.
I like your reviews, they are so on point. The Megami-sama specials were so awesome, Servant x Service is super underrated, and Onegai Teacher was just enjoyable overall.

Record of Lodoss War has been remastered on blu-ray, so track that version down. It's one of the most visually stunning anime out there. It's actually based off a D&D game the original author played and it was made into anime form lol.
Think of it as a Japanese interpretation of D&D. Make sure you watch the sub. The dub is horrible.
