Yeah the prior licensing deals make it difficult such as the case with Kiznaiver being fully dubbed but only having access to it on Crunchyroll instead of Funimation. I wouldn't mind but I don't have a subscription so I have to watch it with ads sadly. Best of luck finding something though, I'm sure you'll choose wisely lol

Funimation will have access to most of Crunchyroll's library for purposes of dubbing though there are some exceptions due to prior contractual obligations such as the case with series like Kiznaiver, as I have found out. However any future shows that CR gets will be dubbed by Funi and vice versa for subbing purposes. I hope that this helps in some way lol
