In case you mean these then they are 2 of many quotes from my favourite sci-fi universe called Warhammer 40.000 or Warhammer 40k or even just 40k for short.
It has many depressing quotes since it is a depressing universe. If you're interested in seeing a little bit of it then maybe you could take a look at these 2 cutscenes from a 40k game.

i watched the first episode of the remake,it's really annoying,usagi's voice i mean.
(i watched it turkish subbed so i had no idea about the japanese voice jskxlsfsf (it's probably not even the same seiiyu though) i will countinue though now im just reading manga. i was waiting for them to end(winter stock!)
