I'm a pretty tolerant person who tends to like everything. As such, I tend to rate anime pretty arbitrarily based on how much I enjoyed it. I've slowly started to get more objective and picky about my anime, adjusting my past scores from time to time, but many of the entries on my list are probably rated 1 or 2 points higher than they deserve.
A Rough scale
10| Wowed me, blew my mind, made me come
9 | Awesome
8 | Good, solid anime
7 | Watchable at worst, decent at best
6 | Has too many flaws to overlook
5 | Bad
4 | Really bad
3 | Absolute garbage
2 | Complete shit
1 | Watching may induce the following side effects: depression, hysteria, vomiting, cancer, erectile dysfunction, schizophrenia, pregnancy, diarrhea
