Apart from watching the occasional One Piece, Detective Conan and every other Ghibli movie that was shown on TV when I was a kid, I properly started watching anime in 2016. I really like supernatural, sci-fi, mystery and action, but I also tend to enjoy drama, comedy and slice of life. Not too fond of romance though.
More info
My first languages are German and Russian, but as you can tell, I am also pretty decent at English, and occasionally I also manage to hold a somewhat reasonable conversation in Spanish. If you wanna talk in any of those languages, feel free to start a conversation.
Besides watching anime, I also watch tons of other cartoons and series. Other hobbies of mine include drawing, reading, playing the violin and other instruments that I can lay my hands on and listening to music.
↓ These will change occasionally since I tend to fixate on certain movies/series/games etc. only for a short amount of time before I get bored of them. Some of my interests that I have listed though never change since I've grown way too attached to them (e.g. Gravity Falls)
• Gravity Falls
• Avatar: The Last Airbender
• The TMNT franchise
• The Office (US)
• Learning Languages (currently learning Japanese)
• Literatures
• Greek Mythology
• Photography
• Knitting → Currently, basically the only thing I do all day whenever I have time for it, unless my eyes start to kill me midway (I have terrible eyesight, and even if I am wearing my glasses, after working on things that require me to look at smaller details for a long period of time, my eyes just decide to go into standby mode until they have fully recovered.)
• Cross Stitching → Still working on a Atla project I started approximately 1,5 years ago
• Retro games/ Nintendo games (especially the Animal Crossing, Super Mario & Kirby franchise)
• Music by Modern Baseball, Rise Against, Linkin Park, Set it Off & Lemon Demon → However, I pretty much listen to anything; these are just my personal fav's. The music genres I do usually go for tend to be hard rock, indie rock, nu metal, synthwave and pop
I am not really active on any forums, but if you like, feel free to message or send me a friend invite at any time. I enjoy talking to fellow anime or manga fans. Just be warned, that I am quite awkward when it comes to socializing and I rarely ever initiate a conversation, but I'll try my best.
the characters were well done, I don't think anyone really irritated me apart from some of the main character's actions. Maybe during the holidays, when I have more free time, I'll watch the second season
so I finished watching Re:Zero in quite a short time. The anime itself has flaws, but there are also advantages that increase its rating. At times the action may seem slow and repetitive. to the point that I was considering dropping it, but I thought it was okay. it has few life lessons and the plot is quite interesting + it is quite popular. I think it's worth watching, but still, there are shows a lot better in my opinion. Keep in mind that my score is bellow average for this show so you might like it a lot more then me. Thanks for letting me share my experience with you. Have a great day :DDD
Hey! So I recently got into watching isekai anime, and it's really pleasent so far. Since Re:Zero is pretty popular I decided to give it a shot. After watching it, I would love to share my experience with you. I'm glad you spoke up :DD
