I guess you're really fast reader. I wouldn't be able to read everything with speed multiplier especially doing also something else.

What's your favorite art on a Yu-Gi-Oh card?
By the way, have tried playing other card games?

I see, do you watch anime in dub or sub? It's harder to focus on subtitles when anime is faster or you're doing something else.

I think Yu-Gi-Oh has more interesting card games. I can see combo how they summon their boss monster. In Vanguard they just summon, attack and opponent defend. You mentioned you had card collection. Do you still play Yu-Gi-Oh? Have you tried playing Vanguard?

By the way, what's your favorite Yu-Gi-Oh and Cardfight Vanguard series?
