dude why are comparing it to a interview like that’s absolutely different haha. you should finish them to make ur viewpoints/reasons mean something because if you don’t it just makes ur review seem like hate/invalid criticism. i understand it’s ur opinion and im okay with you not liking the anime but you shouldn’t publish reviews about anime you haven’t finished imo.

what's up dude, im just wondering how was the "execution was so bad" when you didn't finish it??? i'm not trying to be toxic/gatekeep but you should as least finish it imo and i feel like you stop watching at a terrible time, the story really picks up imo. again im not trying to hate/be toxic but you trying to review it at 6 eps just doesn't really make sense. also again you trying to analyse/make meaning of the story during 6 eps just isn't smart/how a review should be written, you should finish it even if you don't like it to make ur review/viewpoints mean something imo.

Just came here to leave a positive comment! I agree with you wholeheartedly regarding fan service in anime. While I don't have any issue with it as long as it's confined to ecchi, it certainly annoys me when series which have no ecchi tag have over the top fan service scenes. I really don't get why people are going as far as harassing you over what you have said.

What do I have against Ravioli? Nothing, I just don't think he has writing talent because what I saw of his work was horrible, lazy writing and incoherent thought. I definitely will not watch anything else he makes. But if you like his style just keep watching what you like.

And your struggle with the word "triggered", I'll help you. I'm not agitated (a synonym) about any of Raviolis content, let that guy babble. What I really dislike is your agressive, repeated advertising for a commerical youtube channel.

You already know that I didn't fully watch the Ravioli rant video from my reply in your thread about it, which was closed for "a mix of users spamming and flaming each other". I'm not triggered about what I never watched, I just wonder if you understand the "shameless" in "shameless plug", and that a full thread about that crap video is more than enough.

There's a thin line between parody and plagiarism, which probably is even more different per national legislation. I've seen many arguments where people forget that their national legal system is not applicable or even relevant when talking about other systems (Roman Law, Common Law, Sharia, Chinese Law, Persian Law) with different legal culture and multiple millennia of legal practice. Lawyer friend of mine from LA was shocked when she learned that her degree is worth shit in Germany and that she needs to speak Latin to be a lawyer here.

Not sure. The differences are fundamental. Speaking for EU vs. UK/US law alone, leave alone Asian.Germany e.g. knows no "copyright", we replace it with "creator's right". We do not protect the act of multiplying IPR protected stuff, like the whole common law approach isdoing at th root. We acieve similar results,but in a very different way. That has fundamental consequences, as unlike copyright it's bound to a person forever, and can not be transfered to the same degree. Other legal systems are not just common law with a fresh painting.

Won't help, common law is exotic by global standards and a strictly national thing. A US (or whatever country you talk about) lawyer has no clue about the legal situation in JP, and vice versa. May as well ask your cat.

When you do get a chance to pick it back up (hopefully lol).

Skip to episode 7, Thorfinn grows up and meets his mentor Askeladd (dad killer).

Episodes 1-6 were the prologue setting up for the actual plot.

Ranking of 7 or 8 is fairly reasonable.

If the animation still hurts your eyes, then there is always the manga lol.

But you don't read manga, so oh well.....just another thing to consider.

Anyways, that is quite unfortunate.

If you kept watching till the second half ( which is where the show really picks up in excitement).

It would've been a blast to say the least.

You could've seen how awesome of a character that Askeladd ( the blonde dude that killed Thorfinn's dad) was.

There's actually a deeper meaning.

And episode 24 ended off with a surprising twist to it.

I was reading your Vinland Saga review.

It is quite flawed to say the least lmao.

First off, having to review a show based off 6 episodes alone is not a full fledged review.

You have to actually complete the show FULLY. Whether you enjoyed it or not. Doesn't matter.

Having seen the full show, you can completely analyze the entirety of it with deep depth.
Whether it be the pros and the cons.

The meat of the show is its second half. Not the first half.

Just curious. Have you ever got around to finishing Vinland Saga?
Or did you drop it completely?
