Sanchoume Zouhyou Monogatari is my top recommendation for manga. It's a short, clever comedy manga with a chill atmosphere and some neat historical info too. Mouryou no Yurikago, Shiki, Sengoku Youko, Needless, Mahou Shoujo of the End and Ogeha are also worth a look.

I'd end up just recommending everything I gave a 7 or over, honestly, which is probably too broad of scope to be helpful. Sorry about that >_<

Depending on whether you're up for reading Light Novels, then the Mahouka LN is also much more comprehensive in detail and content than the manga or anime adaptations. I definitely found it to be an interesting read.

Right now I’m in a mood for blood and guts, so I’m rewatching Goblin Slayer and Mnemosyne.

If you haven’t already seen them, a couple of good series from the 2000s are Simoun and Blood+. The decade of the 2000s had a lot of great series.

This upcoming season is looking good, I'll be watching Sword Hero, Spy x Family, Goblin Slayer, and 2 other series I can’t bring to mind right now.

Oshi no Ko was superb. Most opening and ending songs were fantastic as well.
