Haha, you know, I started Touka Gettan in like November, and then someone brought to my attention that I was about to reach 1,000, so I was like, "Ya know what? I'll make Touka Gettan my 1,000th!"

Haha, I'm a huge fan of the creator, Shou Aikawa (FMA 03, Concrete Revolutio), so it was kind of inevitable that I'd end up watching it soon.

Nice! I get where you are coming from, can't say I was fond of any of the music in the series, though that jazz track I believe you are referring to actually was probably the best song on the OST. I found it very dull, and the subdued nature of the series really held it back. Right now I'm trying to watch every anime from 2004 so I can live up to my namesake, which is why I decided to pick the show up in the first place. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have seen it until much, much later. I will PM you my ratings on DE when I finish up Misaki Chronicles.

That being said, yea, I'm checking out Kuromukuro. I've fell quite behind on viewing it regularly as of recent, but I want to get back into watching it again soon.

That's good. Tenchi only shows up in two episodes. I have the DVDs but it will be fun how Toonami edits it for TV. I love the opening.
