Jut a short comment but I have to say; WTH are you doing making me watch Jinrui? I was shocked when the bread ripped itself open at episode 1 and the following 2 episodes don't make any more sense, I feel like I lost a piece of sanity while watching the manga war and being constantly reminded of those creepy ass always smiling fairy human things ._.
Seriously, where is the plot? The sanity? The moral of the story? T^T

I'm breaking all records for replying too late without a valid and solid reason aren't I? OTL
I'm really sorry, I haven't been active on MAL for a while and completely forgot to reply... aish... I'm a little too forgetful sometimes :(

*Cough* well ehm, back to the topic we were talking about? SAO's novels are really really enjoyable and addictive but I have to say I liked the anime more. I just have a thing for anime and every time I read a part of the novel I image how the anime showed it or how they could've showed it to be more to my liking. But I absolutely loved the Aincrad the anime created + the perfect soundtrack.

Haha yes that strange but extremely funny fish hugging and self centered senpai is the best character of the whole show. I'm thinking of dropping this season, I'm a tad bored with anime lately and I'm only feeling like watching the truly interesting/funny ones that are mostly still airing :)

I know another harem anime that ends with the main character choosing 1 girl actually but I hated the anime so much because of the story I didn't even care. The story was freaking and utter bullshit and the characters were all crazy or got yandere out of nowhere >.<

I haven't seen the latest episodes of Boku wa Tomodachi but I think there's finally some kind of movement towards romance, ofc I'm keeping in mind the main char won't end up with either of the 2 female lead chars but I honestly believe the author likes Sena more :P

What genre I dislike in anime? Hmm.. let me think very deep :P There's not much I won't watch. Except maybe extreme gore like a mysterie/horror anime where the body gets chopped in 100 small pieces and sent back to the parents, idk, stuff like that tends to make me dislika an anime. Except the genre I'm very picky about anime though XD I don't know if I mentioned it before but I can't stand "old" anime, like ANYTHING before 2000 and often only starting around 2005 though it depens on the art/char design. Oh and I do dislike some harem anime's though, not all of them [I kind of like Boku wa Tomodachi] but the general ones with horrible art or strange character designs :S

Hetalia is a silly but cute and funny anime about, indeed, the world. The countries are the characters and the main focus is on Italy, Germany and Japan and idk, it kind of deals with historic events but in a very cute and non violent way. It's just a cute anime to entertain you for 5 mintues :) Well idk about google images but on sites like Zerochan you often find a lot yaoi fanart, I can't blame the fans though, the serie is very much hinting towards every possible pairing but again, in a cute way and not the real "hardcore" yaoi way :)

Steins;Gate is very popular, I've heard of it multiple times before :) I tried to watch the first episode but stopped halfway through, around the time they got the message or what was it? Anyway I'm not too fond of the character design although the art is truly beautiful. I don't like the main character ._. So yeah, I tried but I didn't really like it. I also looked up the ending [I should stop doing that, really] and yeah, it's not really my thing I guess?

Did you like the first episode of Cuticle Tantei Inaba? :D I hope you did cause I'm always laughing a lot when watching the anime, something I've missed so much because almost every "comedy" anime out there is just NOT funny :O

Eh? What is this about not being preferable anymore because you cut your hair? :P Did I miss something I said (typed) before? keke ^^ Ohhhh wait, I just read our history and ahh yeah, I told I preferred guys with longer hair haha :P How did you even remember that? ._.
Whaa? Your hair was as long as the hair of the guy as my profile picture? That's indeed pretty long xD I can't imagine it though, my ability to visualize things is horrible and all I can think about when I see the picture is "anime hair" haha :)

I might consider Jinrui but I won't be able to watch it soon, I have so much stuff to do and anime's to catch up with, really, it's not even funny anymore T^T

Uh which mistakes? *blink blink* I haven't seen anything that bothered me enough to grab my attention though I think I made a lot mistakes myself. Sigh. I'm feeling a little tired I guess and I've never been that good at grammar and stuff like that. Plus Engish isn't my first language so I'm often just writing what I think is right/what doesn't sound so bad it makes m cringe and hope it's okay :P

I hope I'll speak you soon and I promise *hand on my heart* that I'll reply sooner next time ^^
Animefanx3 Jan 28, 2013 12:59 PM
Haha well that's an amazing quote. I'm not sure what the meaning behing the words are though :P

I don't like reading things prior to the anime/movie, since it'll always be different from how I imagined it to be. It'll probably disappoint me so to spare myself from that I won't read manga ending beforehand/read light novels prior to their anime.

Hmm wel you might be able to do so, I don't feel like watching any already completed anime's lately so I'm in a little "anime dip" xD I'm also horrible at finishing anime's as you can see, judging from my watching and on hold list. I often start something and half way through I see something new and forget about the older one... Well there's that problem but also the fact I don't really know which anime to watch next.
Besides that, take in account I watched some really really long anime's, they count as 1 entry but are worth at least 4 or so haha xD

I guess it's because I've become quite picky over the years, for example I really dislike any old looking anime. I also dislike certain character design stereotypes, often seen in harem anime's. I'm also not a big fan of gore/thriller so those aren't an option either. So yeah, idk... I don't really know what to do ._.
Do you have a recommendation besides Maho Madoka? ^^

About Maho Shoujo Madoka; it's not terrible or anything but not the kind of story I like to watch. I think I'm glad I dropped the anime in the end, judging from what I know about the end [and the rest of the serie] I don't think it's my cup of tea.
Shame though, the plot seems interesting yet it doesn't appeal to me at all... :(

Cuticle Tantei Inaba - It''s an anime you'll either love or hate. I love the silly and random "plot" and the jokes. It's completely predictable but maybe that's it charm. Give it a try, the episodes are divided in 2 parts so if you really disliked episode 1 part A you can just give up right then :)

Sasami@G - Totally random. Rather interesting first episode, really lame 2nd episode and the 3rd one blew my mind. I loved the 3rd episode. The plot, the twists, the action, all of it was more than I hoped for in this anime. Thinking about it, the plot is rather... well... let's say it's original in it's way yet a little... strange, or rather, disturbing?

I'll think about Jinrui, I like sarcasm after all ._. But it seems so... ugh.. extremely shoujo xD

Rinne no Lagrange - Haha when I read the first part about the hair thing I thought [huh, aren't you a.. idk.. guy?] but then I read the second part :P Well maybe you need a haircut then though I prefer guys with longer hair over those with really short.
Manly tears because of a comedy aninme at 4am? hmm... seems legit :)

Hmm depends on what you see as visuals. I'm qutie bad with all these terms so I kind of apply my own description/words to it. Often I see "animation" as how fluid and believeable a character moves (not that I see when the animation is good or crappy though, idk, for me they're all still 2D characters, just how "real" can their movements be?), character design as the way the char looks (duh xD) and art style the way the anime looks (really awesome like in Bakemono for example). So what do you understand under visuals? :) Though I'm pretty sure I'm a sucker for it OTL
I love pretty anime's. Damn, I could watch a very average anime if it has stunning visuals :P

Boku wa Tomodachi Next - It's kinda boring me, I wish the romance would hurry the f up, they're been hinting at it so painfully obvious I'll flip if they don't end up together. The other girl just has to move out of the way. Forever >.<

Mikami-ke Tadaima - Ugh. Why am I watching this again? The first season was nice, random and a little slow at points but enjoyable. 2nd season was okay, 3rd was horrible and boring but I wanted to pick up the -hopefully- final season. I just can't get myself to drop it but it's something I let play on the background and watch with 1 eye as I play a game or fix some things on the laptop. That or I skip the boring conversation part.
There's 1 characfter I obsolutely love though he hasn't had any screentime yet so far.

Amnesia - Arghh, the eyes are so pretty idk man they're just freaking sprakling with color and shit xD Quite unigue eyes indeed and since it's a reverse harem anime there are really pretty boys ~ The plot is very confusing so far, I don't understand it at all. Wel I haven't played the game but I feel a little stupid for not understanding what is going on ._. I hope they'll explain things soon though.

Chihayafuru 2 - What's there to say? First season was really good and enjoyable, 2nd season is going to be just as good I guess. I do dislike the 2 new characters though, ugh, dislike dislike dislike :( I hope they'll soon get serious about Karuta (the game where the anime is all about) and that there'll be a competition or something awesome soon ^^

Hetala: The beautiful world - Do you know Hetalia? If not, google it ^^ Be cautious though, NSFW fan arts are everywhere ._. Anyway, Hetalia has a new director and all the chars have a new char design so it looks really fresh and since it's just 5 minutes it's really easy to watch :) It's cute as fuck and really lifts your mood instantly :)

Senyuu - random and just 5 min, really worth the watch. Very random at moments, funny and a dash of good old cliché's :)

Btw I was wondering, is there a genre/type of anime you absolutely dislike? ^^

Sorry for the late reply, I hope I'll hear from you soon though. I'll try my hardest to reply sooner next time :3

Very very belated happy new year indeed, I'm too forgetful sometimes >.<

But wait, what? You have time to relax? Meeh, I'm so jealous... My busy period began after the break, sigh :( Enjoy your time to watch a lot anime though ^^

I'm not so into SAO atm, I do like the novels a lot, they're really easy to read and keep you interested and busy with them, even when you're not reading them :)
I'm currently trying to read the Monogatari serie but it's a little difficult since the translation of Sugura Monkey seems to be on hiatus yet they translated the prequel Kizumono and a part of Nisemono and both Nekomono White and Black... I'm the kind of person who would like to read it in sequence so I'm a little hesistant to start Nisemono since I haven't "finished" Bakemono yet :P I am trying to read Nekomono - Black now though :)
Oops, back on track; I did like the ending of SAO even though it wasn't all that special. I loved the ending where you saw you-know-what (to avoid spoilers) in ALO but yeah... it wasn't all that amazing either. I do hope they'll announce a second season soon though, I've heard that GGO is awesome in the novel ^^

Aahhh, gomen gomen :P I got a little too enthousiastic so I kinda went full retarted xD Well even though you say tthat, a part of my completed anime's are movies of OVA's so I haven't seen that many anime's either. I think it's less than 200 anime's if you take away all the movies/ova's/specials :)

Uhh yeah, I've seen a lot about Jinrui wa Suitai when it aired, it never grabbed my attention though. Idk what it is but something about it makes me not wanting to wach it. Maybe it's the main char? Maybe I should give it a try though. Hmm... I'll see :) What do you think of it? What about the plot? Are there any annoying characters? How is the male character -if there are any-?

Shaft hmm? I like them but I'm not really a fan or any studio so I guess my enthousiasm is rather low compared to yours :P
I'm a huge sucker of the Bakemono serie, I love the animation for that serie. I also really enjoyed SZS, I've probably seen every season + ova/special etc.
I'm currently watching Sasami-san@Ganbaranai, Shaft is part of the production team and all I can say is that I like it. The plot is a whole other story though, it's random as fck but I'm looking forward to the 2nd episode.

About Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica, I kinda dislike it. I've seen a lot AMV's and read enough fanboy posts to know what happens through the anime and how it ends, it kinda bores me when I know how an anime will end. When the anime was airing I tried to watch the first episode but I don't like the character design and the female main character somehow ticked me off within a span of 10 minutes. When the black haired "transfer student" (if I remember correctly) was announced I had enough and stopped watching. I might pick it up some day but I do think the whole hype around it is rather annoying and the fact that they release 2 movies that are basically re-caps and then finally 1 that is a sequel is utterly bullshit if you ask me, they should use the money spend on the first 2 movies on finally completing Kizumonogataru and not on a re-cap.
Woops. Sorry if you're a fan but yeah, the whole hype kinda irritated me xD

~ Boku wa Tomodachi; Hmm I don't particularly dislike harem anime's but yeah, character development is a rare thing to happen in it. I really like the main characters hair so that was the reason I kept watching episode 1 till the end. As for why I completed the first season... well the anime is kind of enjoyable. I like Sena and I was hoping for some more romance development between her and Kodaka :) I absolutely hate Yozora though, I wish she would just stop being so annoying and bother Sena all the time, it's so predictable and idk, in my eyes not even slightly funny. But yeah, it's kinda funny to see Kodaka and Sena so I decided to give the 2nd season a chance.

~Bakumatsu; Well I am a rather picky person and once I don't like a animation style or character design the anime must be damn great before I consider watching it. As for the screenshots I've seen it's completely different from what I expected so... I don't think I'll watch it :)

~ Tamako Maret; the characters look a lot like those from K-ON, enough reason not to watch it. I hated how the chars from K-ON looked, I gave up after watching the first episode for about 10 minutes. I don't dislike moe though.

What about "Cuticle Tantei Inaba"? I've seen 2 episodes and I think it's funny, silly and plotless but very enjoyable. It actually managed to make me laugh out loud, something that no other comedy anime has managed besides 1 moment of Sket Dance and Gintama so yeah, I like it :)

Ohh don't worry, I don't think you did? I enjoy talking about anime with you and as long as you do too it's all good, ne? ^^ Make sure you get enough sleep if you lack energy and I'll speak you soon ~

Btw how do you add links in a comment but show the name of the anime like you did with the monogatari/sasami-san links? :O
Red_Keys Jan 7, 2013 1:52 PM
Just saw your profile <3
Animefanx3 Jan 1, 2013 10:30 AM
Lol, after researching the new anime's I've decided not to watch "Bakumatsu Gijinden Roman", the picture on the chart I sent you looked rather cool but the other ones I see are really... strange? I don't think I'll be able to handle the art style xD

On the other hand, Tamako Market seems to have a trap in it so it might be funny to check it out, lol :)

Sorry if I'm spamming too much, just tell me if I do :)
Animefanx3 Dec 31, 2012 8:46 AM
I'm sorry for the late reply, I'm such a forgetful person at times... I always forget to check my profile for replies or just forget to send something back :(

Hmm when I wrote the last comment I was still busy with school so I didn't really have much free time. It's vacation now though, truly a blessing ^^
Of course you're not a disturbance, not at all, I enjoy chatting with you :3

I've tried to read the first novel of Chu2Koi but it's not that appealing to me, around the same time I started picking up Sword Art Online which immediately drew me in, maybe it's because of that... but I've read a little past the "contract" part and I like the anime a lot more.. Maybe I'll give it another shot though. Have you started reading it yet? Do you like it? :)

The voice actor who voiced Yuta and Lelouch is really talented it you ask me, he voiced a lot other characters that are unexpected when you find it out :P
Like Misaki from K Project, Yukio from Ao no Exorcist (didn't notice it at all o.o"), Keiichi from La Corda D'Oro, Grell from Kuroshitsuji, Aoi Tori from Kyoukai no Horizon (lol I can't believe it), Sado Taro from MM!, Sugata from Star Driver, Gauche from Tegami Bachi, Rin from Togainu no Chi or Watanuki from xxxHolic. I just know him as "Lelouch" so every character that doesn't sound like him is hard for me to recognize :P

Lol yeah, the anime is really funny though I guess I'm the type of person not to laugh out loud, I do find it very funny but fail to burst out in laughter... ehehhe xD
If you haven't seen the anime Gintama I highly recommend it, it's one of the rare anime's that made me cry from laughing too much :)

I liked the ending of Chu2Koi though I felt really bad for the twin tails girl during episode 11, it's really harsh how Rika "pushed her away".. well I'm glad things ended well though ^^

I don't know which anime's are going to air, give me a minute to check the list *brb*
I never know which poster to trust so I'm using this one; http://i1.minus.com/ibfb4amzrNugez.jpg
Do you know if this a "real" or correct one? :)

~ Savanna Game; I like suspense, action and mystery :) I hope it'll be good.
~ Bakumatsu Gijinden Roman; I kinda like historical anime's, or at least ones with a historical setting. I really like sword fights so I'm looking forward to it ^^
~ Sasami-san@Ganbaranai; summary sounds kinda interesting, might check it out
~ Mondai-ji-tachi ga Isekai etc; might be nice if the plot is good and the fanserive not too overwhelming >.>
~ Boku wa Tomodachi NEXT; watched season 1 and I'm a little curious how seaosn 2 is despite hating the black haired girl :S
~ Hetalia 5th season; I like Hetalia xD
~ Cuticle Detective Inaba; the plot sounds a little silly but because of that it might be nice
~ Hakkenden: Touhou Hakken Ibun; historical setting, samurai, guys? xD
~ Chihayafuru 2nd seaosn; I know how the 1st season ends despite not having seen it yet, I hope the 2nd season will be more satisfying :)
~ Maoyuu Maou Yuusha; seems fantasy like with demons and a Hero, might be nice
~ Amnesia; I'm actually looking forward to this one, I've read a little about the game and seen some cosplays, really nice. Plot seems filled with mysterie and I think I'll like the char design (which is very important to me)
~ Vividred Operation; just checking it because the plot seems similar to Shinsekai Yori
~ Train hero; might be interesting

Movies;
One Piece Z, really really looking forward to
Kizumonogatari & Nekomonogatari, I like the "gatari" series so I'm expecting a lot from this
Star Driver, I liked the anime a lot so I've been waiting for it.
Rakuen Tsuihou: Expelled From Paradise; seems like mecha, action and drama :)

Lol looking back I'm actually summing up every anime, save for a few :P Guess I'll like the new anime's this season ^^ I wasn't really pumped for this season anime's so I'm happy. Just hoping they won't let me down xD
Which anime's are you looking forward to?
Falcomster Dec 25, 2012 8:07 PM
I wanna marry your GIF

Falcomster Dec 15, 2012 7:37 PM
Beautiful GIF, I love you.
Animefanx3 Dec 15, 2012 3:22 AM
I know what you mean, it would've been nice if they put in voice overs in the anime to inform us about Kirito's thoughts and stuff like that. It would've given him more depth as a character and it's just something you miss from the anime. I wish I had the time to read the novels but I'm going to be very busy so I won't have the time, or at least I shouldn't read it because I'll neglect everything else then :(

Uggh why did they decide to throw in that side story? They have 24 episodes to work with, why use like 3 (or 2?) of them to animate something useless? THey could've used them to slow down the pace a little or show a bit more details... Too bad they didn't :(

Hmm yeah I just hate it when mediocore anime's get a 2nd season, let alone a 3rd one. Of course it's a matter of opinion but I think it's just worth around a 5 or maybe a 6, I'm sure it has it good points but in my eyes it won't be able to pull off anything more than a mediocore plot or a decent story. If anime's like that get 2 extra season I just get mad, there are so many anime's that deserve a 2nd season way more than those mediocore ones do, it's just strange that it gets a 3rd season... Ok I'll stop now but it's just so annoying to see anime's that aren't even that good getting a 2nd or 3rd season while there are other series that need onee to but won't ever get one :(

Chu2koi is one of ny favo anime's, it's really silly but cute at the same time. I love the way the main character is so down to earth (at least when he's not in Dark Flame Master mode xD) and the girl is so utterly engrossed in her own world (though she does have some common sense) and just say and does everything she wants :)
I wish the anime would be 24 episodes instead of 12, though it may be better this way... They might drag things out a tad too much if they were the double the number of episodes... but yeah, I think it's a great anime and reallyt really entertaining ^^
Plus I totally love Lelouch his voice so it's a double win :)
Btw have you read the novel (only vol1 is translated yet)? I plan to, as soon as I have more free time ^^
Animefanx3 Dec 10, 2012 5:20 PM
Hmm yeah I've heard about the novel being so good but I have yet to give it a chance, I've read the introduction part but haven't got the time to read the first real chapter yet. I do plan to try it but somehow I'm a little reluctant, I can't imagine a novel being so much better than an anime? I'm the kind of person who absolutely loves hearing the Seiyuu's, the backgroundmusic, seeing the characters move and the fantasy like landscape's :) I guess I'm going to mis that a lot while reading the novel... and action scene's are just not that epic in books, at least not as far as I can image. But I think that once I'm willing to give it a shot, the novel will blow me off my feet, hehe ^^

I find the anime strangely enjoyable, true, the whole hype around it was totally uncalled for and the first 12 episodes could've left out at least the mysterie murders sub arc, it was a total waste of time but yeah, it also had it good points. AOL is very nice so far but I kinda feel like the pacing is messed up, maybe I'm the only one but it just doesn't flow 100% smooth imo. I'm very curious as how they're going to end the anime and if there'll be a 2nd seaosn though :) If sales are good it wouldn't surprise me. I mean even Dog Days got a 3rd season while there are plénty other anime's out there that totally deserve a 2nd seaosn. [Sorry if you like Dog Days but in my eyes it's one of the worst adventure kind of anime's out there, I dropped it after I think 10 mintues, it was just that bad in my eyes]

Lol if someone's supposed to apologize for ranting it should be me, sigh, I should learn when to shut up :P I always end up typing way more than I originally planned. Also, I'm really sorry if I offended you but yeah, sometimes I come over rather harsh while it isn't my intention at all, really :)

Animefanx3 Dec 8, 2012 3:08 AM
Ohh thanks for telling :) I already knew about SAO novels and that the current anime only covers 1~4. I do hope they make a second season, I've heard that the 3rd arc is really awesome and idk, despite all the hate the anime gets I like it. I don't think it deserves the high rating it gets though... xD

Hi there, I was wondering who the character from your forum and profile picture are...? Or isn't it an anime/manga character at all? :P
Hatsuyuki Sep 17, 2012 11:50 AM
Yeah you're quite right , I kind of love it , it has a great storyline and the characters are very well developed . It is really touching and emotional and it has a really good ending , not like other anime .
