Now that isn't exactly right. Neither of them are. While Free is just a fanservice show with fujoshi bait (but no actual even shounen-ai content), Yuri on Ice is only shounen-ai (well, not on MAL, but it is). For yaoi, there would have a sexual content. Most of yaoi works are hentai.
