Don't worry I am sure you will be able to travel to Big Conventions when time is right... hehehe..

Oh.. Sorry didn't know.. Do you have any close friends who share the same interest as you?
taki_takaishi Jul 14, 2014 3:50 PM
You shouldn't be afraid to go to those big conventions. You will never know what you will find there right? Through conventions I met a lot of people who had the same interest as mine and others. Try it once, maybe opinions may change..

Yeah, my sisters are like me they like anime and manga, but I am more addicted than them since they focus more on art...

Don't you have siblings? If you do, don't they have the same interest as you?
taki_takaishi Jul 13, 2014 8:53 PM
Wow... It is unbelievable that no anime conventions are being held in there... Strange ...

I usually once or twice depending if my siblings will do arts stuff for their indie artist booth...

That should be a nice goal... Going to big anime conventions..
taki_takaishi Jul 9, 2014 3:33 PM
Really? You don't go to anime conventions or something?

Yes, it is a different world in there where everything is so expensive :(
taki_takaishi Jul 8, 2014 4:50 PM
There was once a maid cafe around the place I live in. When I had the time to visit it, it was already closed down.

Usually in the conventions there is a maid cafe there, but to be honest, I am not happy with their services. I understand that they are under staff or something but, with 20 tables and 5 maids... That is hard... But I appreciate their effort in doing it.

How about in your place?

I also want to visit historical sites in Japan. There are so many that I don't even know which place I should visit first.. But I was really hoping to stop by first in the place where there are a lot of anime and maid cafe's... I want to know what it feels like walking there ... hahaha...

I am still earning money for a vacation trip to Japan... It would take some time though as the air fees are so expensive..

:D

That is fun! :D

I wish I could visit and travel in Japan at least a month or two... I wanted to see all the sceneries that I only see on television or anime. :D

That is a good vacation though, you were able to relax while it lasted :D
taki_takaishi Jun 16, 2014 9:43 PM
Hahaha! No worries! :D

Yes, I am excited too to watch that... Hopefully, it would be as good as their other works..

So how was vacation?

I agree.

The funny thing about anime coming out first, is that the producers is either P.A Works or NIS America, sometimes both of them at the same time makes my heart melt.

I dunno why, if you know Hanasaku Iroha, I liked that anime without even reading the manga. then when the manga version came out, I didn't have to compare anymore because both works are great.

Every time, I those producers on the opening anime or closing or whatever, I know that this is going to be good. Hahaha. Sorry about that, it was just a mere observation. Their works will always make one point or another make me realize something or make me cry. hahaha!

On the other hand, Shingeki no Kyojin is different, when I read the manga, it was very unique, it had a huge impact on me, it didn't matter to me anymore if it comes out monthly. When the anime version came out, even the changed a few things, it still amazing. Hahaha..

When I was a kid, I thought that anime didn't have any reference (like manga). I thought it was just a regular cartoons that there are no comics some sort.

Manga was introduce to me when I entered High School. They keep telling me how manga is different from anime so forth and so on. I got curious about it and started to snoop around with it. The first manga I read was D.N.Angel, I watched the anime first, but when I read the manga that time, it felt different, it was like the manga is much more amazing than the anime version. Although I still like the anime version but the manga version felt a different impact on me.

I do favor the manga more than the anime, but not all manga are translated and released to public (some are really hard to find like Digimon manga),. I became a little bit judgmental when I started comparing anime and manga. As much as I want the anime to be in sync with the manga, most anime were nearly 50% in sync with the manga. Though I appreciate putting a paper strip to an animation as it takes a lot of work to create a manga, I can't be too picky with it.

Hahaha!

You can still catch up.. I mean I have been watching anime since I was like 8 years old. So the list just keeps piling up.. When I graduated College that was the only time that I watched anime in marathon mode while I was still looking for work.

Don't you read manga?

Hey there!

Thanks for being my friend. Sorry it took a while to reply and accept the friend request, I only use MAL on weekdays since I update the Manga every weekdays.

You are welcome to check my list, it could be useful for you and you can watch many anime if you have the time :D

I have a lot of favorite anime that I can put on the list but, MAL does not accept more than 10 entries :D

Thanks for the add and hope we can communicate if you have the time :D

They're Kirito and Sachi of Sword Art Online.

As for the girl in my profile picture... She don't exist.

In Hyouka, there's this character name Oreki, and this girl name Eru.
She's the child of theirs... Fan creation.

She actually share both her parents looks, and the art is gorgeous, so I kept it as my profile pic. It also helps that I'm a big fan of Hyouka.

I recommend Hyouka seeing that you like Nagi no Asukara. (Not saying they're similar, but I believe both show do attract simiilar type of fans)
It’s time to ditch the text file.
