Yes, paper notepad. For some reason it didn't occur to me that it's still anime I'd like to watch so why not just add it to my PTW? However, I very much prefer writing over typing and I like to make lists so it still works. :P

That IS strange. Even though the MC often is a loner or a NEET they should still miss their family, don't you think? But I suppose it makes some sense since it's easier to self-insert when the character isn't all that deep. :P (Speaking of which: Doesn't Kazuma from Konosuba get sad when remembering his family and Aqua tells him that they laughed at the way he died or something similar? Or am I making that up? :/)

Is it possible to discuss anime with them? I have a friend who definitely isn't a weeb (he just watches what he wants, wether it's an anime, a documentary about candle making or big Hollywood blockbusters) and he mentioned that he'd watched Girls und Panzer and Higurashi casually but he isn't interested one but in talking about anime as a medium.

I'm used to subtitles since my country only dubs kid's shows. I even prefer subs on the movies made here because the voices are so low compared to the sound effects so I don't want to have to volume at max. :P

When I felt that my PTW-list was too long I stopped adding stuff and instead made a list in a notepad... For some reason I thought that would make some difference, but all it did was giving me another huuuge list... :/

I prefer the comedy approach to isekai, mostly because I like chill, laidback anime. Mushoku Tensei seems kinda cool though, not the least because Kakuma Ai is in it. I like her voice. :)

Yeah, it's difficult to have a precise order for reasons like that.

When I started watching anime I watched some One Piece and Naruto and some movies like Ninja Scroll, Akira and Ghost in the Shell. That was quite a while back so when I recently (around 2018 or so?) I suddenly found myself drawn to the cutesy side of anime. I've been meaning to watch Toradora to someday but I suffer from the wellknown problem of a always-expanding-PTW-list. :P

I have some experience with most of those genres, but not so much with isekai. Can you recommend some good ones? (I've watched Re:Zero, Konosuba, Youjo Senki, Okaasan Online and a few others.)

Sub. The only dub I've watched was the movies I mentioned before and that was more than 20 years ago. In my experience the english voices sound so fake and like they try to hard. In the end I want people to enjoy what they like so I wont tell anyone that they are wrong for preferring dub, but it isn't for me.

One reason my favourites aren't in order is because I don't know myself. Monster Musume, Nichijou, Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid and Non Non Biyori was added instantly. Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Spring and Amagi Brilliant Park had to grow on me. I liked them both a lot when I watched them but it wasn't until a while after that I realized that they were awesome and deserved a spot in my list. That doesn't really answer your question but like I said, I'm not sure.
