I generally give an anime that I found interesting enough to watch till the end a 7.
An anime that is interesting enough and has nice moments in it gets an 8.
An anime interesting enough, nice moments and is generally having: can't stop watching/worth constantly thinking about/the message gets delivered perfectly/is pure hype; any two of those criteria will get a 9/10.
An anime encompassing all of the above mentioned elements and of course with great soundtrack gets a 10/10 from me.
Like I said, I simply love watching anime. I am probably a casual or something around those lines for many people but that's just how it is. I really don't get the people who would rate the most perfect possible anime no higher than an 8 because nothing is perfect. That's all from me.
