I had hope for Youkai Apartment by episode 13. Its sweet charm was addictive, I loved its outlook on criminals and wrongdoers. Just too innocent to hate. Then the latter 13 episodes came and it dragged on. Even that innocent tone was gone. All that was left was mundane boredom.
I don't blame you for dropping it. The people who still watched it rated it highly because most people who didn't like it dropped it early on.
Glad you liked the review! I was worried I'd be the only person criticizing it.

I like your rating system, I agree, it's disappointing when I have to consider giving an anime a score of 6 or less >.<
