Kakegurui? I dropped it after 3 days I think, got to episode 6 and I just couldn't handle their weird facial expressions xd
A week is enogh time I think 2 days which I have left to study for my exam isn't enough tho, since new subjects are added, new classes and I didn't have much time to study subjects I'd previously failed xd
It's about a guy that excels at studying and his dad finds him a job as a privatne tutor for 5 identical sisters, quintuplets. The whole premise is who is he gonna marry out of those 5 and it's shown right from the beginning that he's gonna marry one sister, which for a harem is really unusual xd. I enjoyed it quite a lot. Nothing special but pretty entertaining.

Also now that I think about it, mangadex probably isn't a pirate site, someone or something from the anime industry is probably behind it. They saw how good pirated sites were doing for both anime and manga and how much people they attracted. They let the popularity hit a certain level and than they ban the site for people to actually switch to legal sites and start paying for manga and anime. That's my theory but I might be wrong xd. Also I can recommend you Quintessential Quintuplets. I almost finished the manga and it's nothing special but I really like it for some reason. After 6th episode of season 2 I had to go and read the rest of the story xd
