Well I'm not really familiar with all the features yet but I guess I can understand your frustration. I did ask for the opinions of others and had no input in the matter since it's a topic I don't know much about. If I did, I would have put my opinions along with the question. But as the person how started it, you don't have a point and I should participate more. I'll keep that in mind. Thank you
I didn't participate because there were lots of comments and it's hard to keep up. I just started on this site. I had not idea lots of people would comment on the topic.
Warning people and banning don't stop trolls. New ones comes in, along with every Loli thread that has been made on MAL. If you take a look for yourself, that's the common occurrence. Going through a thread that derailed at basically the second page all the way to the 11th I think it is?
8 pages x 50 posts = 400 Posts I would need to go through. Seeing as how I did that for a Fate/Stay Night thread last year, that'd take me roughly 2 hours of cleaning maybe more if warnings/bans would go since I can't mark posts for deletion, I actually have to press delete and then wait a second for it to go poof.
While that is all part of the job, I still see this thread going in the same direction as many of the other threads that were made.
If I have time to go through and clean that thread, there's a possibility, but in all honesty if a thread has to go down from 11 pages to basically 5 pages or below, this just tells me the problem won't change and I've seen this before where I got rid of over 7 pages just before shit to go down again within the next few pages.
