I'd recommend giving the FSN visual novel a try, you can just complete the (short) prologue to start with. Finishing the first route (Fate) takes about 20 hours. Fate route > UBW anime > F/Z anime would be ideal, though any of the steps CAN be skipped if you want.

Yeah, others have told me more or less the same thing, which is relieving. You're definitely not a bother though. It's always a pleasure to have someone chime in with thoughtfulness and insight instead of the cliched MAL shitpost.

NHK, i loved it! though probably because the main charater reminded me of myself in some ways. its a depressing yet funny anime is that makes any sense.
