So as for watching FMA you can do a couple different things but the standard and prob best way is to just watch brotherhood and that's it. If you really like the series then you can watch the original which also has a movie I think but just watching FMAB is prob the most common and best way to go about it.

I've heard quite a bit of Sasuke and his crazy story so a solid pick imo.

Uhhhh that would technically be pokemon or Digimon, but since I don't count them I'll say Death Note which my brother made me watch and I loved. Then I didn't watch much else for awhile until my brother showed me MHA and then I started my anime journey ig lol.
