Also, I decided that I want to go to become a social worker.

Although I still kind of have doubts sometimes about whether or not I want to "deal with" more school, you know? But I'm hopeful that it'll just all work out for the best, and I also really want to go because I also feel like it's my last chance to make friends in real life, even though I know that's not true. I have zero friends in real life, though haha, and it makes me sad and lonely sometimes, so I'm hoping this can help change that, plus I really do feel motivated about this social worker thing, which is something I hadn't considered before until I went on a tour to UNR (University of Nevada, Reno) March 8th and on a whim decided to learn more about that particular topic through the presentation. We got to pick which presentation to attend and I chose that one. I feel like social work would really suit me and the things I value about myself would finally get a chance to be put to use.

Oh, and I actually decided I didn't want to go to college, until going on the tour changed my mind. I figure I didn't want to go because I was burned out on online school, which in my case consists mainly of watching videos and then answering questions based on the videos - for 4 years! At least this is my final semester of high school, though, and I graduate in June, but still, it's quite tedious and boring and I want it to be done. I'm glad I went on the tour and changed my mind, though, because now I have the motivation and reasoning to go, even despite the doubts.

And of course, I'd have to join a couple of the clubs! Lol.

I'm interested to see if you'll like it. I haven't seen it yet myself, but I'm looking forward to it. I wonder if it'll be as good as Cool Doji Danshi haha. I really liked that one. I know you have it on your PTW. It's really easy-watching, relaxing and cute, plus each episode is only 12 minutes. I could see myself raising my score of it to a 9 upon rewatch, honestly.

By the way, I got accepted into a university recently!!

Yeah, I haven't been watching much anime myself recently, but that's mainly because of getting into books last year (crazy, I can already call 2023 "last year") , and I read exactly 100! And speaking of books, I recently checked out The Secret History from the library, and I'll let you know how it goes when I get to it. :D

Are you purposefully taking a break from anime or did it just kind of happen? :)

Also, I watched Mixed Nuts! I enjoyed it, but Juliette Lewis was without a doubt a huge standout in it to me, and my favorite part of it. I gave it a 7/10. I especially love at the beginning when she's like, "You know what? Merry Christmas!" and she shouts it lol. And the second half when she's pushing the stroller and says, "I'm hungry. I'm gonna die." in her Juliette Lewis way lol. Anyway, yeah, thanks for suggesting I watch it. I'm glad I did.

I also watched Coraline since we last spoke. Well, rewatched it. I first watched it years ago and I wasn't that into it, but upon rewatch with my family for movie night (my brother picked it), I paid more attention to everything and realized that not only is it visually captivating, but it's also got a great story going for it, too, and I actually would give it a 9/10, much to my surprise haha.

Hello! My apologies for the very delayed reply... I just finished my school semester a few days ago, though, so I will definitely be more consistent now. :)

Yeah, that's true. Still, though, the more good Yuru Camp content, the better! I will say, though, that there is a ton of rewatch value for what we already have.

Link Click 2 has finished airing. Dang, I took a while to respond... 😅
Tian Guan Ci Fu is currently airing, and it seems to be doing really well.

As for the seasonals I'm looking forward to (for the season that was airing at the time to now), I'm not gonna list every single one, since there are far too many of them I want to watch and that list would be needlessly long lol (you know how crazy my PTW is, and it only gets longer each season haha). So I'll just list the ones that stand out to me the most.

My Happy Marriage (currently watching and it's great), Undead Girl Murder Farce (from the director of Kaguya-sama. I watched it and liked it), Sugar Apple Fairy Tale, Shiro Seijo to Kuro Bokushi, Okashi na Tensei, Mignon, Aiyou de Mishi, Alice to Therese no Maboroshi Koujou (very hyped for that one), Kusuriya no Hitorigoto, My New Boss Is Goofy, Yuzuki-san Chi no Yonkyoudai. (that one looks a like a GREAT addition to slice of life anime!), Deranged Detective, Migi to Dali, Kanojo mo Kanojo Season 2 (I really enjoyed Season 1), Pluto and Good Night World.

Yeah, it's very exciting! I still need to finish Season 1, though, which I'll probably do after I finish Kurozuka.

By the way, did you hear that Yuru Camp Season 3 is gonna have a different studio? I'm not sure why they'd do that, but I hope it turns out well.

Had a bit of an exhausting week. Wrote (and passed) my final exam just yesterday. Now had to spend the last two days emptying my dorm room and everything and...it's definitely been a bit of a stressful week...but still a good one

Yeah, slow life anime can be really nice. Banished From the Hero's Party looks like something I wouldn't like haha, but Campfire Cooking in Another World... I've actually been interested in the light novels of that since a few years ago, so I was excited when the anime adaptation was announced. I'll definitely watch it at some point in the near future. I'd recommend Silver Spoon. That's a really nice slow life anime. It's funny, easy-watching and relaxing, plus you get to learn some stuff along the way. I still need to watch Season 2 of that.

I actually wasn't that interested in Ghost Hound before, but a MAL friend enticed me to pick it up sooner rather than later, and I'm definitely into it now. I hope it stays good haha.
