lol, it's funny that you watched .Hack\\Liminality without playing the games. Liminality is a pack in that came with the first 4 games to fill in extra background info since the games never venture out into the real world. It was never intended to stand alone. Play though .Hack\\Infection then watch Liminality vol. 1 which came in the game box, play though Mutation then watch vol. 2, ect. ;)
