Yes cards are requested by members, but of course, there is a limit to the requests.
For example, every 6-7 days we create a new topic where they can request cards of a specific theme(like, hakurei Reimu cards then after a few days ibuki suika cards)
What is the limit to request cards? Unlike member cards in fanclubs, we make LE cards,(limited edition cards) so requesting is limited to a number of people.
It depends on the card maker though, some of them only take requests from 20 people some of them 25, it's op to them.
How do you deliver the cards? After you design a template that matches the theme, like, if you sign up to make cards for scarlet flandre LE then you have to make a card with scarlet flandre, it's up to you as to what theme you want to sign up for. So after you design a card, when people request it, you deliver the card to them with their username on it, that's about it.
I hope this helped^^ it's ok if you're not up for it, remember that card making can sometimes take a lot of your time and it requires for you to be online more often, so if you're busy, it's ok.
Btw, we're opening a new LE today so go see how the requesting works, and if you want you can request cards^^
