wholesome? comedy? Yeah there were certainly some moments like that although its mostly War, tragedies sufferings but they doesnt exaggerate while showing it and yeah its pretty scientific also.To sum it up its Humanity in a nutshell

well its seinen and yeah its 100% ADULT manga. if u dont like the genre u can skip it

True, I liked the art style in NANA so much! I saw some people in the comments saying that the art isn't really good, and I was like, what are you talking about?! Nana herself is iconic for real, and most of other characters are lovely too! Now I'm interested in other works of the author, I should def give them a try! So you recommend Paradise Kiss? I'll add it to my PTW then :)

Yeah, I loved the anime, it seemed promising from the very beginning, and it got me pretty emotional at some moments. I would say this anime is very close to life. But well, maybe I didn't expect such an 'unclear' ending... They promised the 2nd season in the last episode, but, as far as I understand, there was never a sequel to it. So, the anime is unfinished just like the manga, and it makes me sad :c I found out later that the manga contains more chapters though, so I'm curious to read at least that. Have you read it?

I finally started to watch Nana yesterday, just 1 ep so far, but yeah, she's really beautiful in this anime. She looks a bit different in Golden Time though, but still easily recognizable :) Oh, it's not strange at all to have this anime in your favorites. I don't really divide anime into those for boys and for girls, since I enjoy very different genres myself. And you do just right being honest about what you like! ദ്ദി(˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ) ✧

I notice Nana in people's favorites pretty often. Need to watch it as well, I've been having it on my PTW for a while now (｡˃ ᵕ ˂ ) But I'm currently watching Golden Time, and the curious thing is it has a rock musician girl named Nana too, which, I suppose, is a reference to the original NANA character :)
