Since we're heading into the new club year, we'll try to put out more newsletters.
And a new list because there's a good amount of inactives and those that probably
don't want to subscribe anymore. But it's a lot of work to figure that out.

Club Anniversary

The club's 3rd anniversary will be occurring in just under 2 months.
We're still working on what we'll be doing during the anniversary month.
Will there be events? The staff and I will do our best to make it happen.
So hopefully, we can see more people around in the club during April.

On that note, some (or most) of you have noticed the lack of activity in the club.
As I've said before, club activity's a 2-way street. Us staff members can't be active all the time,
since we have things to do IRL. So we're requesting you members to help keep the club active.
On our end, we're doing what we can to keep the club active, such as more card editions.
For those interested in talking in the club comments, some of us are around if needed.

Events

Valentine's Day is coming up and we have a claim just for the occasion.
Remember, you'll need a badge to claim, either the v3 or v4 badges.
For those that don't have a badge, you'll need an OMC to request one.
To those that don't have OMC and/or OCB: OMC v.4 | OCB v.3

We have an event that's based on members participation but it is a work in progress.
The reason is that, we need to know if anybody is interested in it at all.
The idea of the event is that, each month, members would participate in a card edition
along with the staff on a certain theme. Think of it each member being a guest card maker.

Those of you that have been around a few years ago may remember this event from a certain club.
However, we'll only do this if there's enough people interested in doing it.

Staff Recruitment

The Staff Recruitment thread is available for those interested.
The only position available atm are: Card Maker and Claim Maker.
Because each staff members are able to deliver their own cards and we rarely do NLs (only when needed).

The only requirements to apply is access to a photo edition program (ie. Photoshop).
If you don't know how to make a card, you can google around on how to edit pictures,
or do what I do for my cards: play around with Photoshop and see what works.

If you have any questions about it, feel free to contact me.

Club Suggestions

Since we are coming up on the club anniversary, we would like to hear
from you members on what you want to see us do for the new club year.
We're open to any suggestions but it has to be something we can do.

However, stuff like more staff members are out of our control.
Because we can't control who applies and how many.

Club editions may not happen on the exact date due to the schedule of each participants.
As always, solo editions will happen randomly.

Hello Fabulous member of RACE!!
I'm really sorry to not be sending out individual messages to you all, but unfortunately I don't know all of you ... and im lazy x'D
BUT i made this Valentines Day Event in order to get the chance to tell people how much they mean to me :)
Every single person in RACE means so much to me, I'm so happy you joined the club even if you aren't active (though you should be :P)
It means so much that you've stuck with me even when the club died for a bit.
I never imagined that my club would get so big. When i first started it I was hoping to even get 10 people. 20 was beyond my wildest dreams xD Now I'm above 1600!! I opened it just because i had joined mal and seen cards and wanted to try.
I probably shouldn't have made the club as early as i did .... but now I am so glad that I did C: Thank you to everyone that has joined the club, it's been such a pleasure to me watching the club grow and seeing the new people join.
Especially thank you to the people that joined at the very beginning. I'm not giving you a special message because i dont have time but I know who you are and you mean the world to me <3

Club Updates

Been a while since I've sent out a newsletter, probably 2 months or more.
This time though, I have some stuff to talk about.

First off, with school pretty much starting for some people, like me,
the club may be less active. Although from what I'm seeing right now for September,
it's gonna be more active than the summer break in terms of card editions.

We also have some new staff members to help me and my current staff out.
Though we're able to work with our current size, if you're interested in joining,
send me a PM and we can talk about it. Though, only Card Maker position is available atm.
Claim maker....maybe. It's open for discussion.

As for events, we have one coming up: Mystery Cards. So it's self-explanatory.
However, some of the cards have a little extra prize behind them.
And for the first time since the Attendance Check event, we're giving out VIP badges.
They give extra benefits when you use them, hence why it's rare to get.
How to get them? You'll have to join first and then.....hope you be the one to get it.

I also would like as many people as possible to help keep the club active.
Whether you play the thread games or talk on the club comments, it's up to you.
Those that are doing so already, I like to thank you all for doing so.

And that should be it for now. Any club announcement I have after this newsletter,
I'll announce it on the club comments. So drop by the club whenever you can.

Hello members~

I have seen that the club seems a little down even if we are still active.
So I'm sending this newsletter to bump you up and invite you to pass by the club~
(He misses you ^.^)
There is gonna be a new change. It consist on opening a card theme ever WEEK. So go and pass by to ask for the card and not lose the change to collect it.
There is also the Creation Card Contest (C.C.C.), remember that if you win first or second place you are able to ask all the cards of an edition from linette (me ^^').
